She has become a friend as well as a house sitter and I couldn’t have asked for anyone more trustworthy, reliable and loving towards Benji.

Kairen keeps me updated with photos and videos via text, letting me know of their latest adventures together and has looked after the house impeccably.

“Kairen is a delight – she could not be more enthusiastic and loving about the pets entrusted to her care.  She was diligent in making the arrangements leading up to the sit and gave regular updates on how Jasper was managing without us.  It was clear that she spent dedicated time playing and interacting with him.

We arrived home to find Jasper, the house and plants well-looked after.  We were particularly taken by her ability to take the odd curve ball (a builder turning up) in her stride.

There is no doubt that Jasper was very well loved and cared for, and that he enjoyed having her here as much as we did.  We would be very happy to have Kairen sit for us again”.

After leaving an incredibly long list of the needs of all the different animals, she fulfilled all my requests perfectly and I know the cats definitely appreciated all the attention they received. 

​

The house was clean and tidy when I came home and I enjoyed hearing from her during my trip as to how they were all doing.  This was my longest holiday away from all the animals but I knew everything was being taken care of at home which meant I was able to fully relax and enjoy my time away.  Will be booking my next holiday soon!  Thank you so much Kairen x”

She has a natural love and affinity for animals and was super with my 2 cats and my Cavapoo puppy, Honey, as well as looking after our 3 chickens.  I could see that Honey absolutely adored her and vice versa.

Kairen looked after our house during a difficult period of building work and was wonderfully patient with the noise and the comings and goings of the builders themselves.  We’ve asked her to come back this summer as I know I can 100% rely on her care and her trust and I genuinely know she is really enjoying this new episode in her life”.

“Whilst we were away on holiday, our little dog Brie was taken ill – Kairen was quick to notice that Brie was not her usual self that Sunday afternoon and took her immediately after contacting us to the out-of-hours vet.

​

Without any doubt, her swift action saved Brie’s life (it turns out we should never have been feeding her treats of cheese before our departure as this caused her acute pancreatitis after our departure).

​

Kairen, we will always be so grateful that you took such immediate action and saved our little girl.

​

Kairen took such good care of Brie, devotedly driving round trips of 60 miles per day for a week to visit her and nursing her back to full health upon her discharge from hospital despite 4 hourly medication demands around the clock.

​

She truly went above and beyond what anyone could ever expect of a housesitter and gave her outstanding care and love whilst we were away.

​

As I said previously, we will always be so grateful for all that she did for Brie.”
